Parameter Estimation of Fractional Wiener Systems with the Application of Photovoltaic Cell Models

Fractional differential equations are used to construct mathematical models and can describe the characteristics of real systems. In this paper, parameter estimation problem a fractional Wiener system is studied by designing linear filters which obtain smaller tunable parameters maintain stability in any case. To improve identification performance stochastic gradient algorithm, paper derives two modified algorithms for nonlinear systems with colored noise. By introducing forgetting factor, factor algorithm deduced convergence rate. achieve more efficient accurate algorithms, we propose multi-innovation means theory, expands scalar innovation into vector. test developed fractional-order dynamic photovoltaic model employed simulation, elements estimated using algorithms. Concurrently, numerical example given, simulation results verify feasibility effectiveness proposed procedures.
